7. Limitation of Liability

8. Request for Account Deactivation
Users can write to us to get their Rummy.com account deactivated. Once an account is deactivated, the user will not be able to access the account on Rummy.com.
9. Account Deletion
Users are entitled to delete their Rummy.com accounts, along with their personal information, by using the account deletion option provided on the Rummy.com app available on Google Play Store.
If you proceed with the permanent deletion of your account, you will lose access to Rummy.com and all the Services, including all user data and personal information associated with your Rummy.com account.
When you request the deletion of your data, we follow a deletion process that ensures that your data is removed from our servers. The deletion of your account and data from our active and backup systems may take time and sometimes there may be a delay as well. Please note that some user data may be retained for the purposes of security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
10. Grievance Officer
Rummy.com appoints Ms. Parul Gupta as its grievance officer. All complaints related to your account must be made to the grievance officer at grievanceofficer@rummy.com
