• The Service is intended primarily for users located in India, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of Rummy.com complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

• Rummy.com does not require any deposit and does not offer real-money prizes, cash winnings, or payouts of any kind.
• Chips, coins, and any other virtual currency or items within the Service have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual chips cannot be exchanged, redeemed, sold, or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, or any other item of value.
• We may, at our discretion, provide free bonus chips, rewards, or promotional credits; these have no cash value and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

• You may play certain modes as a guest, or register using an email address, mobile number, or third-party sign-in (such as Google or Facebook).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
• Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

To keep the game enjoyable and fair for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any third-party software to play on your behalf or gain an advantage.
• Collude with other players, share hidden information, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Create or operate multiple accounts, or attempt to circumvent account suspensions or bans.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Service instead of reporting them to us.
• Harass, abuse, or use offensive language toward other players or our staff.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fair-play violations, provided false information, or used the Service in a manner that could harm Rummy.com, other players, or third parties. You may also stop using the Service or request deletion of your account at any time, as described in our Delete Account page.

All content on Rummy.com, including the game design, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, card designs, text, and audio, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Because Rummy.com involves no real-money stakes, no claim may be made for monetary loss or winnings related to gameplay.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
