Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Rummy.com account and personal data at any time. Here's how, and what to expect.

Since Rummy.com is a free-to-play game with no deposits or real-money balances, deleting your account never involves a payout, refund, or cash-out step. It simply removes your profile and associated data from our systems, subject to the legal retention notes below.
1. Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)
- Open the Rummy.com app and log in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Tap Account Settings, then select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request when prompted. You may be asked to verify your identity via your registered email or mobile number.
- You will receive a confirmation once your deletion request has been received.
2. Delete Your Account by Email
If you're unable to access the app, or prefer to make the request by email, send a message to support@rummy.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account", including:
- The username, email address, or mobile number linked to your account.
- A short statement requesting permanent deletion of your account and data.
Our support team may follow up to verify your identity before processing the request.
3. What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information, including name, email, mobile number, and profile picture.
- Your in-app gameplay history, chip balances, and preferences.
- Your login credentials and linked third-party sign-in associations (such as Google or Facebook).
Because chips have no cash value, there is nothing to withdraw, refund, or cash out as part of the deletion process.
4. Data We May Retain
We may retain limited information even after account deletion where required to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
- Prevent fraud, cheating, multiple-accounting, or abuse of the Service.
- Resolve disputes, enforce our Terms & Conditions, or maintain accounting and audit records.
Any information retained for these purposes is kept only as long as necessary and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Turnaround Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification. You will no longer be able to log in to the deleted account once the request has been completed, and any associated data not subject to legal retention will be permanently removed from our active systems.
6. Changed Your Mind?
If you submitted a deletion request in error, contact us at support@rummy.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel a deletion request before it has been completed; once processing is finished, your account and data cannot be recovered.
