      1. Rummy.com will only be liable to pay the indicated car model's New Delhi ex-showroom price. The car model is subject to change depending on its availability in the winner's state.
      2. In case the specified model is not available in the winner’s state, a car of a similar category and value will be given as the prize.
      3. As a car may have different showroom prices in different states, Rummy.com has considered the car’s New Delhi ex-showroom price, which is ₹50 Lakhs approximately. The winner will have to bear any differential amount on the same model in his/her state.
      4. If the above prize is not available because of any unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, Rummy.com reserves the right to pay the said price to the winner, exclusive of GST.

  • Entry Amount is the sum total of the cash entry fee, re-buy fee and rejoin fee paid.

    1. Rewards won in the tournament series will be credited within 7 working days from the date of winning.
    2. Leaderboard Points
      1. There is no minimum entry fee required to be paid at cash rummy tables to earn leaderboard points.
      2. Shooter tournaments will also be considered for the calculation of leaderboard points in the tournament series.
      3. The calculation for extra Grand Finale leaderboard points varies from tournament to tournament. Please read the offer descriptions and all terms and conditions carefully.
      4. The Grand Finale leaderboard contest will be held from 4th Aug, 9:31 p.m onwards to 29th Aug till 11:59 p.m.. Top 100 players on the leaderboard will get free tickets to the Grand Finale. Tickets to the Grand Finale will be issued based on the leaderboard ranks at 2:00 p.m. a day before the Grand Finale day.
    3. Rummy.com reserves the right to increase/decrease, at its sole discretion, the tournament prize pool in response to an increase/decrease in the number of participants/players, as necessary.
    4. Tickets to Daily Finales will be valid only for the day on which they are issued.
    5. Players can also win Daily Finale tickets by playing free tournaments.
    6. Opting in to the Leaderboard promotion is mandatory to be eligible for the offer.
    7. Leaderboard points will be awarded for only completed tournaments. No points will be awarded for any tournaments that get canceled or abandoned midway.
    8. Leaderboard results will be updated every two hours.
    9. Any tickets won in the tournament will not be considered for leaderboard point calculation.
    10. Rummy.com reserves the right to rescind the prize(s) offered if any unfair means are used by a player to win the prize(s).
    11. Restricted States
      1. You acknowledge that the state laws of Assam, Telangana, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, and Sikkim (also called Restricted Territories or Restricted States) do not permit the residents of the aforementioned states to play cash rummy games or tournaments online. If you reside in or log in from any of these states, you must abide by the state laws and must not use Rummy.com’s services to deposit cash, withdraw cash, or participate in cash games or tournaments on Rummy.com.
      2. If a player from a restricted state, unknown to Rummy.com, wins a Grand Finale ticket(s), Weekly Finale ticket(s) or Daily Finale ticket(s) by playing freerolls or cash tournaments, the ticket(s) will be forfeited and no refund will be provided for the ticket(s) won or the entry fee paid.
      3. Players residing in or logged in from the Restricted States are not eligible for any bonus, instant cash, prizes, or benefits.
    12. Every winner will have to share a video testimonial with Rummy.com. Rummy.com will have the full right to use the video for all promotional purposes.
    13. To be eligible for any prizes and benefits, players must ensure that they have provided us with their valid email addresses and mobile number.
    14. Players whose KYC is not approved will not be eligible for any prizes or benefits.
    15. The tournament series will run as per the schedule provided above.

    18. Direct entry tickets bought from the lobby to enter big tournaments will not be considered for any refund under any circumstances.
