• Rummydotcom will only be liable to pay the indicated Royal Enfield bike model's ex-showroom price. The motorcycle model is subject to change depending on its availability in the winner's state/location.
• In case the mentioned motorcycle model is not available, a motorcycle of a similar category and value will be given as the prize.
• As a motorcycle may have different showroom prices in different states, Rummydotcom has considered the New Delhi ex-showroom price of the motorcycle, which is ₹2 lakhs approximately. The winner will have to bear any differential amount on the same model in his/her state.
• If the above prize is not available because of any unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, Rummydotcom reserves the right to pay the said price to the winner, exclusive of GST.
• The income tax called TDS (tax deducted at source), road tax, and insurance tax will be deducted against the value of the motorcycle as per the tax rules, which shall be borne by the winner.
• The color of the vehicle is subject to availability.
• The winner will need to take care of RTO formalities on his/her own.
• The motorcycle will be delivered after the completion of The Royal Enfield Bonanza Tournament, as per the availability of the motorcycle in the winner’s location/city.
• Royal Enfield is not involved in any form with Rummydotcom for promotional or sponsorship purposes for the The Royal Enfield Bonanza Tournament.
• All prizes are non-transferable.
• If a user opts for cash instead of the Royal Enfield, the cash prize will be credited to the user’s withdrawable balance.

• You acknowledge that the state laws of Assam, Telangana, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, and Sikkim (also called Restricted Territories or Restricted States) do not permit the residents of the aforementioned states to play cash rummy games or tournaments online. If you reside in or log in from any of these states, you must abide by the state laws and must not use Rummydotcom's services to deposit cash, withdraw cash, or participate in cash games or tournaments on Rummydotcom.
• Players residing in or logged in from the Restricted States are not eligible for any bonus, rewards, or benefits.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with, and are subject to, the general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other terms and policies of the Platform and Tournament specific terms and conditions, which shall continue to apply. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail solely with respect to the White Goods prize facilitation.

By participating in the Tournament, the User including the Winner(s) agree to be bound by these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• “Company” or “Junglee Games” refers to Junglee Games India Pvt. Ltd.
• “Dealer(s)” refers to a third-party seller(s), vendor(s), or supplier(s) responsible for the sale, delivery or fulfillment of the White Goods.
• “Free to Play Tournament” refers to a type of Tournament in which Users can register and participate without any monetary cost/entry fee (no deposit, wallet deduction, or hidden charge). Winnings from such tournaments can be used to play other paid tournaments/games, but cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• “Platform” means online real money gaming platform under the name of Rummydotcom.
• “Pay-to-Play Tournament” refers to a type of Tournament in which Users pay a monetary cost/entry fee (either through their wallet balance or a new deposit) to play a Tournament, where the said fee contributes to the winning prize pool, enabling Users to compete for real-money rewards.
• “Predetermined Cash Equivalent” means a fixed cash equivalent to the cost/invoice value of the White Goods, communicated/displayed to the Users prior to commencement of Tournament.
• “TDS” refers to tax deducted at source, being the statutory/mandatory tax withholding applicable on the cost/invoice value of White Goods, as per provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses this Website or mobile app by any means, whether legal or illegal, authorized or unauthorized.
• “White Goods” means tangible goods offered as prizes under the Tournament, which may include automobiles, jewelry, electronic goods, or appliances offered (e.g., bikes, precious metals, televisions, refrigerators, smartphones, etc.).
• “Winner” means a User who participates in the Tournament and is declared eligible to receive White Goods as a prize.

• Notification of Winner(s): Upon conclusion of the Tournament, Winner(s) will be notified by Company via push notifications, SMS and/or WhatsApp along with an electronic consent form (in-game document) outlining the next steps (“Notification”).
• Consent and Prize Selection: The consent form, will offer the Winner the option to choose either the White Goods or a Predetermined Cash Equivalent subject to Tournament format and applicable rules.
• Declared Value of Prizes: The declared value of White Goods for each winning position shall be communicated to all Users prior to commencement of Tournament. The declared value is pre-determined and fixed and shall not be subject to change post declaration.
• Surplus Value Adjustment: If the actual cost (invoice value) of the White Goods is less than the declared value of prize value, the surplus amount, after deduction of applicable TDS, shall be either.

  Credited to the Winner’s deposit wallet in the case of a Free-to-Play Tournament, or

  Credited to the Winner’s withdrawable wallet in the case of a Pay-to-Play Tournament.

  Example: If the declared value of White Goods is ₹50,000 and the actual cost/invoice value paid to Dealer is ₹45,000, the ₹5,000 surplus (after ₹1,500 TDS) will be credited to Winner’s relevant wallet.

• Providing Consent and Delivery Information: Upon opting for White Goods as the prize, Winner(s) are required to provide their consent under Point 2(b) above and submit a valid delivery address and contact number, through the provided consent form, within fifteen (15) days from the date of first Notification.
• Payment of TDS: In cases where the Winner opts to receive the White Goods, amount representing the payment of the applicable TDS, at the rate of 30% (or other rate as may be applicable under the Income Tax Act, 1961), must be remitted by the Winner to the Company within fifteen (15) days of receipt of first Notification. The Company will provide the Winner with payment instructions, including the designated bank account (of Company) for TDS payment. TDS certificate will be issued by the Company.
• Failure to Comply: Failure to (i) submit the required consent (via provided consent form) and delivery details, and (ii) make the TDS payment within the stipulated period - shall result in automatic conversion of the White Goods into the Predetermined Cash Equivalent, subject to deduction of applicable TDS.
• Reminders: The Platform may, at its discretion, issue reminders to Winner(s) via push notifications, SMS and/or WhatsApp, at regular intervals during the aforementioned fifteen (15) day period. However, the responsibility for compliance remains solely with the Winner(s), and failure to act within the timeframe shall not be excused on the grounds of non-receipt of such repeated reminders.

• Shipping and Verification: White Goods will only be given in the Winner’s name and shipped to the Winner’s verified address, which must match a valid government ID. ID verification would be mandatory at the time of delivery. Delivery to unrelated third-party is strictly prohibited.
• Ownership and Invoicing: Title of and risk in the White Goods shall transfer from the Dealer to the Winner upon delivery. The Company shall not be construed as the seller of the White Goods. The sale invoice shall be issued in the name of the Winner, with the Company indicated as a “care-of” party solely for the purpose of facilitating payment to the Dealer by the Company for the Winner. Upon payment to the Dealer, the Company shall be deemed to have fully discharged its obligations.
• Warranty and Post-Sale Support: All warranty, servicing, or post-sale obligations including but not limited to warranty claims, product malfunctions rest solely with the Dealer and/or the manufacture of White Goods. The Winner shall be required to directly contact the Dealer and/or manufacturer for any such support.
• Additional Charges: Any additional charges or statutory dues, such as insurance, installation, road tax, registration or similar, for the registration of White Goods, must be borne solely by the Winner. The insurance policy and tax documents will be issued in the Winner’s name.
• Delivery Timelines and Communication: The Company will instruct the Dealer to sell and deliver the White Goods within 14-15 days from the receipt of Winner’s consent and TDS payment, subject to stock availability. Delivery status updates will be communicated via SMS/WhatsApp.

• The Company acts solely as a facilitator for the sale and delivery of White Goods from the Dealer to the Winner, and is not a party to the sale contract. The sale will happen directly between the Dealer and the Winner.
• The Company will merely discharge the consideration for such sale of the White Goods for the Winner, and shall not make payments to any party other than the Dealer. Unrelated or third-party payments, sale or delivery are not permitted or facilitated.
• The Company does not derive revenue from the facilitation of the sale or delivery of the White Goods, and is not engaged in their trade, sale or resale and shall not be held liable for the condition, performance, warranty or any post delivery issues relating to the White Goods.

For Free-to-Play Tournaments, the following additional conditions shall apply to any amount credited to the Winner’s wallet in lieu of White Goods arising from:

• failure to provide consent or pay TDS within 15 (fifteen) days of first notification, or
• a surplus arising due to difference between the declared value and the cost (invoice value) of White Goods, or
• delivery failure after consent and TDS payment - where the Company may instruct the Dealer to take any action or measures it deems appropriate regarding the undelivered White Goods, including but not limited to facilitating a return, refund, resale or disposal. The amount realized, after deducting reasonable administrative or related charges, will be credited to the Winner’s wallet in lieu of the elected White Goods.

All such credited amounts shall be non-withdrawable and may only be used for further gameplay or participation in contests on the Platform. No cash redemption or external transfer shall be permitted for these credited amounts.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. Changes shall be communicated to Users through appropriate communication channels, including but not limited to in-app notifications, email, or updates on the Platform and shall be deemed effective upon notification.
